Half Shell Oysters |
| These come from Mobjack Bay
and Ware River, Va. They are spawned and raised here in
our own facilites by us Mobjack Bay Seafood Inc. They
range from 2 3/4 - 4 inches and weigh approx. 12 to 15
lbs per 100. They are available year round. |

| 7/8's to 1" hinge thickness.
These clams are generally aquaculture and sometimes small
wild clams. They are generally packed in 50's, 100's,
or 250's. 250 would weigh approx. 15lbs or around 16 per
lb. Our product sources range from as far north as connecticut
and as far south as South Carolina. |

from 1" hinge thickness and slightly greater. These
clams are generally aquaculture or wild. They are generally
